Our Web Design Process


We will have an initial phone and/or email consultation to discuss your needs, budget and time frame.  We may recommend you fill out our initial Web Design Questionnaire at this time, pending your specific project details. 


We will provide you with a Proposal Quote to review.
If you agree to the quote, we will send you an agreement to sign.  We ask that you sign the agreement and submit to us with the indicated non-refundable deposit plus any additional fees (such as photography, videography, etc.).  Once we receive your signed agreement and deposit, the project will begin.


We will schedule a kick-off phone call with you to go review our initial conversations and gameplan. We will have you complete our Web Design Questionnaire if you haven't already so we thoroughly understand your business and your brand. We will discuss the visual style of your site as well as what information will be needed for website content.  Per the specifics of site build, we may ask you provide certain text and graphics assets at this point.
We will create a sitemap of your proposed website as a text document.  This will represent every page on the website as text and will illustrate site sections, page types, interactions, and links.  We will revise it based on your feedback. Any assets that would you need to provide will be indicated.  This could include photography of your location or products, biographies of your team, and a mission statement or contact information. 

Once your sitemap has been approved and we receive all needed assets (text, images etc.) we will design your site and post a draft of it as a private staging link for your review.  We will revise the site per your request.  Our standard web design includes two (2) rounds of revisions.  We are confident these revisions will be sufficient but if additional revisions are requested, they will be billed at an hourly rate.



Included with our web design will be custom designed header images and profile badges for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Payment for final installment is due prior to the website going live.
You are responsible for purchasing annual hosting through WIX to enable website installation, linking your domain name, and the removal of WIX ads.  Once you purchase Wix hosting, we will connect your domain name and launch your site so it is up and running.


If your website contains eCommerce elements, those elements cannot be activated until after you purchase Wix hosting and your site is live.  Once you purchase Wix hosting, we will guide you through the entire eCommerce setup.




We will personally teach you how to update your site with regard to adding news/blog updates and adding images to photo galleries.  The Wix platform is very user-friendly and these updates are easy to implement.  (We suggest future page design element updates, adding new pages and other more involved updates and functionality be performed by us via our separate update agreement).
